What you'll do

• Complete initial assessments and collaborate on treatment plans
• communicate with client stakeholders
• facilitate group, individual, and family sessions and program activities
• manage crises using de-escalation and emergency procedures
• collaborate with clinicians, medical advisors, psychiatric providers, and residential teams.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field and LPC or LCSW certification; a current Tennessee license or progress toward Tennessee credentials within one year is required. Five years of trauma-treatment experience is preferred.
