What you'll do
- Review clinical documentation, admissions, discharges, incidents, falls, infections, and care plans for accuracy and compliance. Conduct root-cause analysis and support prevention strategies

- educate staff
- implement the agency’s QAPI plan
- manage quarterly clinical record reviews
- analyze and report quality indicators to the Clinical Director
- monitor applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
