What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, objections, and responses
• communicate with clients about factual investigations, litigation strategies, and case status
• review and index document production
• prepare scheduling, protective, and e-discovery orders
• prepare and conduct or defend depositions
• prepare trial and hearing materials
• argue motions and appear at conferences, mediations, and settlement proceedings
• work with state boards and administrative agencies
• serve as second chair at trials and final arbitration hearings.
