What you'll do

• Grow the municipal market presence throughout Missouri
• develop relationships with municipal and utility leaders
• identify capital improvement projects, funding opportunities, and initiatives
• serve as a trusted advisor and primary client contact
• represent the firm at events and meetings
• lead capture planning, proposals, presentations, and interviews
• maintain pipeline and forecasts
• monitor market trends and competitive activity
• support growth strategy and technical teams
• collaborate on project delivery and client satisfaction.
