General Superintendent

The General Superintendent role is onsite in Reston, VA, and compensation is $160,000 per year. What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations from startup through closeout
• coordinate field crews, foremen, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• develop schedules and manpower plans
• monitor productivity and milestones
• coordinate with project managers, general contractors, engineers, and other trades
• enforce safety policies and conduct inspections
• ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards
• track field progress, costs, and project documentation
• coach and develop field employees.
