What you'll do

• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and leads to schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Review work orders for accuracy and ensure production schedules are met.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to prioritize and assign tasks.
• Supervise maintenance department employees and monitor productivity.
• Manage employee time and attendance.
• Train and direct staff on vehicle service and repair.
• Document and recommend disciplinary actions.
• Analyze and resolve work-related problems and equipment malfunctions.
• Generate and track work orders in the Fleet Focus system.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
• Issue and log parts and supplies.
