What you'll do

• Troubleshoot user issues involving desktop, software, and infrastructure configurations
• initiate, prioritize, and document trouble tickets
• coordinate escalations and stakeholder communications
• support software and hardware upgrades, deployments, releases, and application validations
• verify system components at least hourly and document results in shift logs
• support account maintenance, airspace data updates, and facility changes
• provide application training
• maintain technical documentation and report data discrepancies.
