The Construction Project Manager — Capital Projects role has a hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with onsite work at a client or Accenture office or center in Atlanta, GA. Compensation is $115,000–$125,000 per year. Accenture Construct delivers capital projects including data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories, and public infrastructure. The role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating teams, budgets, schedules, documentation, and construction processes. It contributes to successful project delivery by addressing field issues, maintaining contract compliance, and supporting client relationships and business development.

What you'll do

• Manage projects through all development phases, including internal and external teams
• facilitate project meetings and client presentations
• develop and track budgets and cash flows
• review invoices and contractor pay applications
• support preconstruction systems, procurement, schedules, reporting, and cost reviews
• analyze contract documents
• track progress and project records
• resolve field issues and monitor contractor schedules
• administer submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and change management
• maintain client relationships
• support proposals and RFPs
• mentor project staff.
