What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• monitor access points and verify credentials
• issue passes as directed and maintain access records
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• notify site contacts and emergency responders according to procedures
• conduct regular and random facility and perimeter patrols
• document incidents, observations, and access-control activities.
