Compensation is $215,000 total annual compensation, consisting of base salary plus monthly bonus. Ageless Men’s Health operates clinics providing medically managed testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine. The director leads healthcare business operations strategy and revenue cycle optimization, helping the organization improve billing, payer operations, workflows, reporting, and systems as its clinic network grows. The role partners with the CFO and executive leadership and develops operational leaders and scalable practices.
What you'll do
- Lead healthcare business operations strategy
- evaluate processes, systems, and workflows for improvement, automation, and standardization
- oversee revenue cycle, billing, claims, collections, denials, accounts receivable, and payer operations
- establish KPIs and reporting
- work with EMR and healthcare technology vendors on requirements and issue resolution
- lead process improvement and scalable workflows
- mentor the Business Operations team
- collaborate with Finance, Clinical Operations, Human Resources, and Compliance.
