What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of the Rural Track curriculum.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and core faculty to meet ACGME requirements and program goals.
• Recruit, select, and onboard Rural Track residents.
• Develop community partnerships to support rural health education.
• Supervise residents in mainly outpatient and community settings.
• Serve as a role model for full-spectrum family medicine in a rural environment.
• Support scholarly activity and foster resident projects relevant to rural health.
