What you'll do

• Direct freight unload, pack-out, and pack-down processes
• ensure trucks are unloaded and freight is placed or packed out efficiently. Communicate priorities and tasks, conduct quality walks, and ensure the store is ready at shift end. Coach associates, support training and talent planning, and provide performance input. Enforce safety and hazmat procedures, correct hazards, and perform closing and Manager on Duty tasks.
