What you'll do

• Welcome patients

• book, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• answer and route calls
• collect payments and discuss payment arrangements
• update patient records
• coordinate patient flow with clinical staff and providers
• maintain the reception area
• follow HIPAA guidelines.
