Caregiver — Personal Care Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant

The Caregiver role is an onsite position in La Vergne, TN, with flexible shifts selected around the worker’s availability. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. Right at Home Middle Tennessee provides one-on-one support to help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The role helps clients with daily living, mobility, errands, and companionship. Caregivers provide practical and emotional support in clients’ homes, following the needs described for each person.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, cooking, mobility, and transfers
• help with errands or transportation
• and provide companionship and emotional support. Requirements include a driver’s license, reliable vehicle, background check, ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and one year of caregiving experience.
