What you'll do

• Own revenue cycle management across Medicaid and Medicare, including eligibility, authorization, claims, denials, and collections
• build and manage the RCM team
• develop KPIs and reporting
• analyze claims data and drive remediation
• manage patient billing and coinsurance collection
• lead denial management and appeals
• centralize eligibility verification, authorizations, and payer reporting
• work with payers and provider groups
• partner with Finance on reconciliation, cash application, and collections reporting
• ensure billing compliance
• select and optimize RCM systems
• build scalable automated processes.
