• Lead daily operations for approximately 40 imaging employees across multiple modalities
• supervise, coach, and evaluate staff
• lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and termination processes
• develop staffing plans and schedules
• monitor quality, productivity, and patient experience
• ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
• support process improvement
• manage resources, equipment, budgets, and financial performance
• lead in a unionized healthcare environment.
