What you'll do

• Prepare full-turnkey estimates for hotels, restaurants, resorts, conference centers, and other commercial properties
• interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications
• develop conceptual estimates and negotiate
• present proposals
• interact with owners, representatives, and architects
• transition projects from preconstruction to project management.
