Volunteer Services Coordinator — Hospice

What you'll do

• Maintain volunteer lists, availability, assignments, hours, and personnel records
• participate in recruitment and conduct screening interviews
• collaborate with the Director-Patient Experience to develop and coordinate training and ongoing education
• coordinate volunteers not involved in direct patient care
• help develop and implement the volunteer program using community, regional, and national resources
• coordinate volunteer recognition
• receive information on new admissions and assign volunteers to teams with information needed to support patient needs.
