Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, and 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience. A relevant bachelor's degree, healthcare HR experience, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification, HRIS and payroll experience, and Paylocity HCM experience are preferred.
