Senior Construction Estimator

The Senior Construction Estimator role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, with an estimated compensation range of $95,000–$125,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage complex projects from initial estimate through contract award
• prepare project requests for proposals, bid instructions, clarifications, and bid packages
• manage requests for information and subcontractor requests
• compile bid tabs and estimates
• recommend subcontractor awards and assist with negotiations
• support post-bid submissions and preliminary schedules
• participate in client estimate presentations
• engage new and existing customers.
