What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the Spa Housekeeping Team
• direct cleaning and sanitation across spa areas
• collaborate with the General Manager and Maintenance Manager on cleanliness and maintenance standards
• manage the department budget, scheduling, payroll, forecasting, and inventory
• recruit, train, and coach staff
• address guest concerns
• champion safety and quality
• coordinate vendors
• develop deep-cleaning practices
• and lead by example in hands-on cleanliness duties.
