What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the skin care program
• consult on pressure and vascular ulcers, surgical wounds, abnormal skin conditions, and incontinence-related skin concerns
• use evidence-based research to improve nursing practice
• develop and monitor standards, procedures, protocols, and policies
• identify staff education needs, conduct educational programs, and mentor staff
• support quality improvement
• authorize and monitor specialty beds
• supervise Wound VAC use
• maintain required records.
