The Concierge role is onsite in Silver Spring, MD. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. Seaton Senior Living serves residents across the Mid-Atlantic through senior living communities focused on personalized care and enriching residents' lives. The concierge provides a welcoming point of contact for residents, visitors, and employees. The role supports daily community operations by handling calls and messages, answering questions, coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and organizing the reception area and resident mail.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and perform reception duties
• take and deliver complete messages
• greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions
• collate brochures for marketing
• prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts
• update resident phone lists, rosters, move-in and move-out registers, and guest logs
• manage appointments
• keep the desk and entry area organized
• distribute mail
• maintain resident forms
• follow company policies and procedures.
