What you'll do

• Prepare food items for meal periods and upcoming service
• cook during scheduled meal periods
• complete assigned opening and closing duties
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the station and service areas
• alert the Chef or Sous Chef to food-item deficiencies
• notify management of relevant shift information
• follow supervisor instructions.
