What you'll do

• Manage caregivers and field staff
• investigate clinical issues and provide coaching or disciplinary action when needed
• facilitate competency testing during and after orientation
• coordinate client care
• communicate with patients and caregivers
• monitor care quality and appropriateness
• participate in interviewing and hiring
• liaise with the business development manager
• maintain working relationships with office and external staff
• adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements
• support marketing efforts.
