What you'll do

• Drive daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals across revenue channels
• oversee multi-trade sales efforts and use financing and payment options
• review dispatch assignments with dispatch and department managers
• manage hands-on training and monitor KPIs
• collaborate on sales strategies and local market analysis
• recruit, train, and mentor sales staff
• support operations at nights, after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
