What you'll do

• Lead the restaurant as the senior member of its leadership team
• manage restaurant margins
• prepare ingredients and follow recipes and procedures
• maintain safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance standards
• keep stations stocked and organized
• manage food ordering and labor scheduling as needed
• interview applicants
• develop chefs and supervisors
• assist with additional assigned duties.
