Associate Therapist — Addiction Recovery

What you'll do

• Build professional relationships with clients and staff while maintaining boundaries
• collect client information through assessments, interviews, discussions, and observations
• document progress and maintain treatment records
• provide individual and group therapy to support clients in overcoming dependencies and making positive changes
• collaborate in staff meetings and clinical supervision as applicable
• develop treatment goals with clients consistent with procedures, ethics, legal protocols, and professional standards.
