The Automotive Tire Sales Associate role is onsite in Lakeland, FL. Pay is $17–$19 per hour plus uncapped commission. The associate guides customers in selecting tires and wheels that fit their needs and budget, manages leads and orders, and follows up to support a smooth customer experience. Maintaining the showroom and inventory also contributes to store readiness and sales goals.

What you'll do

• Engage customers in person and through inbound phone, text, and online leads
• set appointments
• recommend tires and wheels suited to customer needs and budget
• order products and update lead and customer records
• follow up with customers
• maintain showroom displays and inventory
• support store cleanliness and promotional events
• meet sales goals and complete and review sales orders.
