What you'll do

• Secure gates and buildings and patrol the premises
• sound alarms and notify authorities in emergencies
• verify authorized entry and vehicle exits
• provide directions and courteous customer service
• check departing vehicles for company property
• de-escalate difficult situations
• report hazards and irregularities
• account for keys and security information
• maintain emergency contact lists
• maintain equipment and facility condition and report maintenance needs
• communicate with auction team members and leaders.
