What you'll do

• Prepare yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
• prepare weekend breakfast bakery items as needed
• follow the buffet production system, recipes, and production guide
• maintain freshness, presentation, portioning, and temperature standards
• assist guests with baked goods
• maintain cleanliness and follow health and sanitation requirements.
