What you'll do

• Build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and colleagues
• manage subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and payment requests
• oversee contract compliance and invoice approvals
• create and update project schedules
• manage procurement logs and submittals
• support short-duration scheduling and quantity tracking
• contribute to quality and closeout activities
• participate in business development, proposals, and interviews.
