The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Director / Clinical Therapist role is hybrid in Calvert, MD, with a starting salary range of $65,000–$75,000+ per year based on experience. Aspire Wellness Center is strengthening its community-centered Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP). The role combines PRP leadership with outpatient clinical care to support program development and client services. It oversees daily PRP operations, supports staff and quality improvement, and provides therapy, intakes, and assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily PRP operations and programming
• support, mentor, and collaborate with PRP staff
• assist with PRP restructuring, program growth, and quality improvement
• maintain compliance and documentation standards
• help create community-focused PRP activities and services
• participate in leadership meetings and operational planning
• provide outpatient therapy, intakes, and assessments within the OMHC program
• build relationships with clients, families, staff, referral sources, and community partners.
