Maintenance Associate, PRN

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance
• repair or replace defective equipment parts
• inspect and maintain drives, motors, belts, and machinery
• perform or outsource electrical and plumbing work within applicable guidelines
• prepare materials for maintenance projects
• complete routine grounds and physical labor tasks
• clean work areas
• assist with housekeeping
• set up meeting areas
• report issues to the Maintenance Director
• follow applicable health care and safety standards.
