What you'll do

• Perform assigned assembly tasks
• prepare, clean, mark, and inspect components and assemblies
• test finished assemblies
• set up and operate assigned equipment
• follow OSHA and company safety practices
• report quality or process concerns
• participate in area and machinery cleaning and team improvement meetings
• cross-train across processes within a production cell
• complete job-related training
• support 5S, Standard Work, and other Crane Business System initiatives. Repair or rework defective or returned assemblies may be required.
