What you'll do

• Lead engineering projects from concept development through construction completion
• develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• manage a team of 4–5 engineers
• serve as primary client contact
• coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors
• oversee engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents
• conduct project meetings and manage risks
• track expenses, approve invoices, and support project profitability
• ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations
• manage permitting as needed
• mentor junior engineers and project managers
• oversee closeout, punch lists, final inspections, and post-occupancy evaluations
• contribute to proposals and client presentations.
