What you'll do

• Oversee weekend opening and closing, cleanliness, studio scheduling, room use, supplies, and safety procedures
• greet customers and assist with project selection
• resolve concerns and build member relationships
• supervise weekend staff and assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching
• coordinate events, workshops, and private parties
• promote memberships
• monitor sales and operational performance
• maintain records and communicate with the Studio Manager/Creative Director.
