Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Supervise teammates and delegate tasks
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food is prepared according to cooking, safety, and sanitation requirements
• address guest concerns
• train team members
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative duties and opening or closing activities as directed.
