Regional IT Lead

What you'll do

• Provide senior escalation support for complex Level 2/3 issues
• administer servers, networks, endpoints, wireless, telephony, and enterprise applications
• plan and execute infrastructure changes
• guide and back up site-based IT resources
• support security controls, patching, access management, and incident response
• maintain asset inventories and system documentation
• support onboarding and offboarding
• maintain recovery documentation and participate in disaster-recovery exercises
• participate in on-call or after-hours support as required
• execute regional IT projects
• coordinate vendors and stakeholders
• travel up to 20%.
