What you'll do

• Greet customers
• accept deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and process other monetary transactions
• open and process personal and commercial checking, money market, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA, and HSA accounts
• identify customer financial needs and offer appropriate products and services
• cross-sell bank products
• research and answer inquiries and quote products and rates
• verify account information and resolve customer problems
• administer IRAs. May accept loan-product paperwork with proper NMLS licensing.
