What you'll do

• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
• analyze workflows to find inefficiencies and waste
• work with departments and management to identify root causes and prioritize improvements
• facilitate initiatives using Lean methods, process mapping, and structured problem-solving
• analyze KPIs and translate findings into improvement actions
• support implementation, standardization, and sustainability
• coordinate improvement plans and projects
• coach employees and management on continuous improvement
• use data analysis, reporting, automation, and digitalization opportunities to support decisions.
