Junior Estimator

This role supports construction project planning and execution by developing accurate, competitive estimates and bid proposals. It also helps assess project feasibility and risk and supports the transition from estimating to project execution.

What you'll do

• Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare cost estimates and preliminary schedules
• review project feasibility, risk, and profitability
• develop risk matrices and mitigation strategies
• solicit and compare vendor and subcontractor bids
• communicate with clients and present proposals
• maintain estimating and bid records
• assist with historical cost data and estimating software
• coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams.
