Facility Space Planner

Job overview

The Facility Space Planner role is onsite at Malmstrom Air Force Base, MT. Compensation is not specified. BB&E provides technical support to the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron (341 CES) at the base. The planner analyzes facility use and space standards, prepares reports, and leads studies and documentation to support efficient use of the installation's footprint. The role translates complex facility data into recommendations and supports planning and infrastructure management decisions.

What you'll do

• Gather data and integrate facility space standards with building utilization and functional-use analysis
• prepare reports on space standards, utilization, condition, and use
• lead studies and maintain documentation
• communicate recommendations to management
• operate a motor vehicle on paved and gravel roads throughout the missile field.
