What you'll do

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, alternatives, and snacks
• adapt recipes for dietary restrictions and texture-modified diets
• accommodate memory-care dining needs
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and storage standards
• clean kitchen and dishwashing areas
• log food and refrigerator temperatures
• gather resident feedback
• and coordinate with the Dietary/Dining Services Director and nursing staff.
