What you'll do

• Process and audit weekly payroll, including off-cycle runs, bonuses, final pay, taxes, and year-end reconciliations
• administer health, retirement, and other benefits and lead open enrollment
• manage leaves of absence and related benefit continuity
• administer ADP Workforce Now, configure codes, maintain reports and data integrity
• support DCAA-compliant timekeeping and labor charging
• respond to employee questions
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding payroll and benefits steps
• and maintain confidential, audit-ready records and procedures.
