What you'll do

• Ensure employment, payroll, reporting, and childcare personnel licensing compliance
• maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now
• manage recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
• support performance management and employee relations
• process payroll and administer benefits and the 403(b) plan
• coordinate daily staffing across 15 afterschool sites
• respond to staffing shortages and changing coverage needs
• review timekeeping records
• support CPR and First Aid training by becoming a certified instructor.
