• Foster client engagement and camera-on culture.
• Follow operational policies.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and group supervision.
• Collaborate with the care team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ensure timely and compliant treatment documentation.
• Maintain professional ethics and boundaries.
