What you'll do

• Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, subpoenas, and court filings under Utah Rules of Civil Procedure
• manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communications
• prepare exhibits, trial binders, and hearing materials
• communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• support attorneys in case preparation, settlement, and trial.
