Sales Center Manager

What you'll do

• Direct and train customer service representatives, warehouse workers, and delivery drivers
• oversee daily sales-center operations, accounting, inventory, warehouse, and personnel
• monitor safety compliance
• maintain inventory to support orders
• review financial statements and manage P&L reporting
• develop business opportunities and customer relationships
• collaborate on territory and account plans
• support marketing initiatives
• oversee order processing, invoicing, and credit management
• recommend annual budget requirements.
