Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Create and issue purchase orders from approved requisitions
• match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• verify line items, quantities, and prices and raise discrepancies
• coordinate with departments to resolve mismatches
• route purchase orders and invoices for approval
• apply general ledger coding
• maintain open purchase orders
• assist with vendor onboarding and W-9/payment setup
• reconcile vendor statements
• support month-end and year-end close and annual 1099 reporting.
